Apartments
The 44 apartments are all finished to the highest standard and designed to ensure maximum comfort for Owners. All but two of the apartments have two bedrooms and all have both a bathroom and a separate walk-in shower room.
Bungalows
Ranging from 120 to 150 square metres (1500sq ft), the six bungalows are very generous in size. They all have a third bedroom/study, a garage and a small private patio and garden.
Margaret Court’s bungalows are currently under construction with completion in spring 2012.
Communal areas
In addition to their properties, Owners at Margaret Court benefit from an impressive atrium lobby, which leads to a communal lounge and dining room, offering a midday meal every day. The stunning development also boasts a function room, laundry room, library and fully landscaped surrounding gardens.

- Each property includes a TV aerial and a telephone point in both the lounge and main bedroom. Satellite TV is available, as is low cost telephone and broadband services.
- Waitress-served meals are available every day in Margaret Court’s restaurant at cost. Family and friends are welcome guests, and a guest suite is available for visitors to stay overnight.
