Margaret Court takes the security of its Owners very seriously, it has unobtrusive CCTV and a member of staff always on-site to ensure peace of mind.

External doors are opened with fobs, rather than fiddly keys, and handles are made from hardened, high-resistance material to provide extra security.

An alarm call system is fitted and maintained in each property. Pull cords are situated in every room of the development that allow Owners to speak directly to the on-site duty manager.

As well as a full-time manager, there are also five duty managers who work in shifts, ensuring that there is a member of staff on the premises 24 hours a day.

A team of housekeeping assistants provide a cleaning service for each private dwelling for one-and-a-half hours a week included in the Service Charge. They also look after communal areas and, if required, can give extra help to Owners at cost. There is also a gardener and handyman available.
